Ken and his team have been a blessing to work with. Having been around the block a few times with various attorneys, Ken & his crew have made things happen that was "not possible" with other firms. As an independent inventor, Weitzman Law Offices has demonstrated a breadth and depth of expertise unsurpassed by any law firms I have dealt with in 10+ years. And the same assessment goes for their professionalism, flexibility and courtesy. As long as Ken and his team are around, there will never be another IP firm for me.

Ken has represented my medical device start-up in all of our IP matters for over five years. He has enabled us to protect our technology and brands by obtaining patents and trademarks in the U.S. and internationally on behalf of my company. Ken has also provided invaluable legal advice in connection with IP issues involving third parties.
Ken is very client focused, always listening to hear our needs. He is very patient and knows how to break-down complicated legal matters in simple language. He is also willing to challenge me which I value in a lawyer.

Kent and his team represented us in preparing and filing our initial IP for a new start-up. They were quick to understand our technology and provided insightful advice and alternatives to protect our ideas. They also helped educate and guide us through the entire process while offering different options and strategies. They worked within our budget and were flexible with our unique needs. I would not hesitate recommending them.

I was referred to Ken by a friend of a close friend. Hiring Ken to handle my patent application and trademark requests for my startup was a great decision. I had no experience in both areas, and Ken has patiently and carefully walked me through the process at each phase this past year to help me achieve my goals.
For example, Ken gave candid and thorough feedback during the patentability search process, and clearly outlined the rationale behind his recommendation for next steps.
The patent application itself has many options associated with it like provisional/non-provisional, and domestic/international; Ken has provided great guidance on these decision points and many others to ensure my approach and patent application content aligns with my startup strategy goals and budget.
I am looking forward to seeing how my application fares, but am confident of its quality and detail - thanks to Ken.

I have worked with Ken in the last three years. I was in the process of filing for my first patent in the US, and Ken was referred to me by a good friend for his knowledge in IP. Since it was my first time filing a patent application, the entire process was confusing and overwhelming. Ken was patient with me in explaining everything and guiding me through the process so that I made the best decisions for myself. In addition, he made clear what to expect in the future so that I could prepare as much as possible. Since this is a venture that I have started on my own, the individual costs are extensive, and Ken has made it as smooth as possible. I am currently completing the filing process internationally, so Ken has been great in helping me progress things along. Ken is always very prompt in replying to calls and emails, which I greatly appreciated. I still have a long way to go with my patent, but Ken will get me through. I highly recommend him.

Ken is very knowledge to medical terms and thus an exceptional attorney to handle patent application for medical device, especially inthe cardiovascular area. I used a few attorneys. They claims on their medical knowledge, but it did not show up in the writing of the patent application. I have to do much more work than necessary. On the other hand, Ken not only help you organize much better your medical reasons to support your patent but also can add some sustantial argument to further enhance your case. He knows how to focus and works closely with me to get things done..

In over 15 years of multimedia marketing, I have worked with some of the finest IP attorneys in the United States. Even at the most disciplined, many of these seasoned attorneys do not completely understand the relationship one must have with a brand to properly work in complete harmony– reaching far beyond a logo trademark or red flagging a potential legal issue. Ken Weitzman is the epitome of a fine-tuned, in-brand- sync IP attorney. Ken appreciates all aspects of brand protection and is forward thinking in his approach to suggest, implement, and perhaps most importantly, maintain a brand from every possible IP perspective. He does this with a level of sophistication and intelligence others profit by. I am one of those individuals. Take the time to speak with Ken. Within one call or personal meeting, you will start to see the fundamental credits of which I speak. You will want Ken Weitzman in your legal corner and by your IP side to sustain and advance your company.
