Ken is very knowledge to medical terms and thus an exceptional attorney to handle patent application for medical device, especially inthe cardiovascular area. I used a few attorneys. They claims on their medical knowledge, but it did not show up in the writing of the patent application. I have to do much more work than necessary. On the other hand, Ken not only help you organize much better your medical reasons to support your patent but also can add some sustantial argument to further enhance your case.
