As a first time home buyer (and a super detail oriented person), I wanted to partner with an attorney who had the knowledge, experience, and expertise when it came to real estate transactions but also the patience to provide me guidance even when I ask the simplest of questions. To put it succinctly, Earl checked every one of those boxes and then some! I found Earl on the back of the plethora of five star reviews, and I am so glad I did. With a condo transaction that ended up being as complicated as mine was, Earl's attention to detail, extreme diligence, and overall knowledge of real estate transactions was critical in successfully closing on the property. More importantly, his patience in explaining things to a real estate novice like myself as well as constant guidance throughout the process at all hours of the day helped put me at ease and made me confident that we were making the right decisions throughout. Earl Was very helpful I'm currently still looking for a house to buy. when I first found my dream home I was so excited and nervous at the same time I did not know all the correct steps to take. I gave my Earnest money before the 3 day attorney view and also paid the appraisal fee to early. The seller of the home waited on the last day of review to tell me he went with a better offer. His availability was amazing - which proved to be a game changer when trying to move out of attorney review over a weekend during a hot real estate market. Day or night - email, text, or call - Earl would respond. Our closing was extremely difficult because it involved almost $60,000 in credits and concessions including a failed septic system. He was insistent on moving the closing along and stayed on top of all the moving parts. His knowledge of the field and knowing what to insist upon and what to move past was invaluable during negotiations. I'm SO grateful we were able to purchase our house and we could never have done it without Earl White at the helm. I sincerely wish there were more than 5 stars to rate Earl and Nancy for handling my condo sale which had a few hurdles to say the least. Not personally knowing any local area real estate lawyers and coming up empty after asking friends, I let my fingers do the searching and found Earl White in an online directory and was impressed with his education as well as his overall background. While other law firms and lawyers were less than impressive upon initial outreach, from the get go Earl was amazing to work with.
