We bought our first home and highly recommend working with Earl. We were nervous at the start of the process. It was like learning a new language. Earl, however is extremely knowledgeable, a great communicator and very responsive - phone and email. Not just with me whenever I had a question or concern, but was helpful in bringing all parties (lender, agents, title company) together, ensuring everyone was on the same page - especially when deadlines were looming. Finally, during close he explained all that I was signing. I now know buying a new home doesn't have to be stressful. You just need the right people by your side. Couldn’t be more grateful!
