Joel was easy and great to work with. I appreciated that he responded to e-mail and text messages promptly and even more so that he was easily accessible via phone. Our home purchase was complicated and being able to discuss things over the phone certainly made it a smoother process. Joel prepared all the documents in a timely fashion with our input and helped guide us through the process. We would happily use Joel in the future.

Joel has handled a sale of our prior home and the purchase of a new home. He has been great. He responds quickly to phone calls and emails. He is very knowledgeable about real estate law. He is also just a nice guy. Very reasonably priced too. I highly recommend him. Have bought and sold 5 homes and Joel has been the best to work with among all prior attorneys I used.

Yakima is absolutely amazing!!! I retained her for the sale of my home. She was there every step of the way and went above and beyond. I've had other attorneys before but I have never seen an attorney show up like she did to get the deal done.
