Joel did a wonderful job as attorney for buying our new condo so we decided to use his services again for selling our house. I hired Joel for a closing of my property and I did not have a realtor (me being the purchaser). Joel was very helpful throughout the process and made me aware about the wire frauds going on and to make a wire by going to the bank personally. He was very professional and top of my case.

I was referred to Ms. Trigg by several people, including a forensic investigator. Ms. Trigg and Ms Goldstein were phenomenal. They were incredibly helpful, thorough, and put my fears to rest. They responded quickly to all emails, calls etc. My custody issue was resolved and I'm happy with the outcome.
