I've have worked with Joel on some very good transaction. Making my clients feel very at ease. Explaining each page to the client as to what it is and the purpose of you signing. You need to have someone like that on your team. It makes all the difference.

Yakima Jones, Esq. is a thorough and knowledgeable attorney. For my real estate transaction, she was an advocate and a consummate professional. I have worked with attorneys in the past on home closings and she is by far the best legal advocate I've had on my home buying team. She manages expectations, is responsive, knowledgeable and an amazing person!! Buyers, please retain Ms. Jones. Home closings are stressful enough. Ms. Jones made it that much easier for me.
