Truly a godsend—if you’re both able to work together on an agreement (and then use a paralegal to submit the paperwork), you’ll both save a lot of money in the end. Michelle was extremely fair, even handed, and an incredible professional.

I have worked with Geri on a few legal matters including real estate and rewriting of my Last Will and Testament. Geri is thorough and detail oriented. Reading legal documents is not easy and I really appreciated how easily Geri could explain the details of various documents. I really appreciated all her help recently with a complicated real estate transaction. I was buying a new house and selling my house and she really had it all under control. Hiring a lawyer can he stressful but honestly Geraldine Duswalt esq. is thorough, professional, and responsive. Geri responded to texts and calls quickly. My first attorney nickeled and dimed me. A co worker recommended Gerri, it was the best advice he ever gave me. Gerri didn’t put up with any nonsense from the opposing counsel. She came up with a fair agreementf for both parties which was eventually settled. The case wasn’t moving and Gerri was able to get it resolved within several months. I switched my divorce to Geraldene midstream. It was not ideal circumstances but the reason I went with Geraldene is that she was the only attorney I consulted with that laid it all out on the table. The good, the bad, what could happen with the case. I appreciated that the most. The directness and honesty regardless if she thought I would want to hear it or not. Not only did she represent me amazingly, she is the reason my case did not drag on for another 3-6 months.
