I am not a big review writer (unless I am extremely dissatisfied), but my husband and I had such a great experience with the Law offices of Laurie H. Pilling that we both felt compelled to write about it. As a recently married couple purchasing our first home (in the most unprecedented market) we were extremely nervous (and that is putting it lightly). This was the biggest investment we were making thusfar and there were times when we didn't know who/what information we could trust or what some of the information that was being put in front of us meant. Laurie held our hands and completely eased our minds, creating a seamless process from start to finish. She walked us through and explained what everything meant, made sure we understood what our alternatives were and answered all of our questions, big and small. She provided un-biased recommendations when we weren't sure what decision to make and even got us a much larger credit back when we weren't expecting anything! She was always available when we needed her and was extremely quick in the turnaround (without sacrificing quality) when we needed her to be. We were worried that if we were in attorney review too long someone could swoop in and steal the house from us and she got us out IN ONE DAY. Everything she did took what would have been stressful and actually made it enjoyable. I cannot speak highly enough about Laurie and her services. Sean helped me a traffic violation and he was excellent. The ticket was reduced to a much more minor offense. He was organized and professional. He made the experience go very smooth and easily and achieved the result we wanted.

This man is a magician! He kept me level headed during a process that is not easy to deal with and while I was worried about all the worst case scenarios, he felt strong about it all the way…. To the second they threw out my case! Worth every cent! And would hire him again!

Sean represented me on a severe traffic violation (excessive speed and reckless driving). Since I already had prior speeding tickets going back many years, I was in a bad situation. Sean was able to break down the options open to me clearly and concisely. He explained the entire process from that point to the day of the court appearance. He stayed in touch throughout the process. He explained the online court process a couple of days before the court appearance and on the day of the court stayed in contact since the proceedings were all online. The possibility of a license suspension was my major concern and that had me nervous on the day of the court, but Sean portrayed calm competence throughout and that went a long way in steadying my nerves. When he came out of the discussion with the prosecutor with the plea deal that dropped my charges to a relatively minor infraction and more importantly with no license suspension, he basically made my year.
