Horrible service. There own web sits says one of the Division's tactics is to delay to give them more time to build their case. So that is exactly what they do and my case gets move from Sept 27 to Oct 25. So I hire A Williams Law Group and get assigned Melissa Barrella as my attorney. Five days before my new court date she asks for an adjournment with not even a heads up for me and the case gets moved to Nov 27. So what does the Division do, they open a new case and want psychiatric evaluations for both parents and both children and the court date is Nov 16 for that part of the case. That is why you should move these cases as fast as possible and that is why I fired you Melissa! I was told that the attorney I was assigned did not have any other engagements on the Oct 25 court date.

Do not use this firm !! I wish they had a negative rating! This law firm is nothing but a fraud. It took them over 6 months and 6000 dollars to write a motion. Apparently they do not know law, my lawyer first said we needed to file a motion to return custody of my children when they where unprepared, and had little information. She focus on one statement which made the judge not pay attention to her and told her to move on that the he read the motion and had papers from differs on his desk. I made multiple complaints about the delayed of their work, they charge for letting you know of a court date like if you don’t get the papers on the mail. I explained my story and situation multiple times and all they did is focus on what they though was going to work , they change my lawyer and did not listen to anything I was saying. I’m so unhappy they have cost me nothing but hearth ache and tears. I read Ms. Williams articles so many times over and over again, with the hope that they where going to help me just to be let down. And with a 6000 dollars bill. I hope and beg anyone that took the time to read this, that this law group doesn’t care about nothing but money. A client is just another poor parent they could leach of.

DO NOT use this law firm. They completely messed up our case and made a bad situation worse. We were originally told the case would be easily resolved and our retainer of $3500 would cover the cost. Then they assigned a lawyer, re-assigned a lawyer, then re-assigned a new lawyer only days before we were due in court because the second lawyer quit! They billed us for all these hours and then WERE NOT PREPARED IN COURT. It has cost us over 20K and the fees keep piling up. We feel horribly taken advantage of and now have to deal with issuing a complaint against their firm. NOT WHAT SOMEONE NEEDS WHEN THEY SEEK HELP FROM "EXPERTS!!!!"

Hi I have been waiting for my case/situation / Court matter to take play people say they're doing stuff apparently it's been a year-and-a-half almost close to two years since I first contacted them and stuff has not been completed yet ,they keep billing me and billing me for different lawyers and such so I had to call Better Business Bureau after a year then they started to do there job I was highly recommended to this Law Firm buy a highly recommended lawyer I highly recommend don't use his Law Firm at all they bill you every time they switch a lawyer and charge you for a review of your case and try to get away with it.that when I called BBB, Williams group they say their paperwork they work as a group I took trust in the lawyer who represented me and said go with this Law Firm I don't want to put her on blast but make sure you read the paper work on like me I just took trust in the different lawyer but they will bill you every time they switch a lawyer watch your back nice to help you out ,PS still waiting for my case/ stuff to be taken care of be prepared if you use them a don't say I didn't warn you, so far it's the worsted I have ever been to ,good wishes all don't use this place ,plus if you do have to call the Better Business Bureau they will try and force you by fear of losing your case and dropping you from here legal standard , and you have no more legal representation by them.

Every time I have spoken to Allison of The Williams Law Group she has been efficient and direct. I enjoy working with this firm and find the whole group to be professional and enthusiastic. Consisting of specialized divorce attorneys, family lawyers and DYFS lawyers, as a whole they are both aggressive and dedicated when it comes to their clients. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great attorneys with heart. Divorce is one of the hardest things to go through and to experience, and that’s just emotionally. Bring in the financial side and it really does help to work with a lawyer in order to understand any legal ramifications. The legal system can be extremely confusing and if you’re lucky enough to discover or hear about a good lawyer I recommend at least contacting them. The Williams Law Group can give some great help and it’s worth having a look at their website and calling them.

We had started communicate with Allison and her office on DCCP matters and beyond this, well before having our first meeting - communicating only via the emails ( at 6 am and 11 pm ) , we have certain feeling she is very passion and take the client issues very personal and professionally. After our first face to face meeting with the whole family, we were getting confident - you can absolutely trust her. She took our concerns and placed them in the order, made right-away conference call on questions out of her office expertise, and it all has been done courteously. Our sense of Allison is that she is a solid advocate, personable and straightforward, will work collaboratively in children’s interests in any situation and in an extremely complicated areas of the law that requires intelligence and passion.
