I worked with this law firm twice and I was pleased both times. The cases were handle promptly and the staff is really professional and nice. This is the only place to go when you need proper representation.

The only lawyers I would trust to help my family!

I consulted with Elena about filing a motion after my divorce. The advice she gave me was good and she explained the law and how it affects my situation. We discussed a legal strategy and I will be retaining her in the future. Im very thankful for the great advice she gave me.

DO NOT HIRE. THEY ARE VERY DECEITFUL and will mislead you. Once they retain your services, they will double their retention quote, and then raise their hourly rate about $100 or more. They will agree to seek counsel fees from the other party. But at the time of the case, will 'mysteriously' not have gotten around to it, and will continue to write up for the next case, and the next case, and the next case. Six plus cases later, they 'mysteriously' forgot about it and won't take up another case until paid for the work they supposedly did.

Ms. Weitz was a very good attorney. She took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions, and I didn’t understand a lot before talking to her. She was excellent in court and in the motions she wrote. I would not go to anyone else if I need to go to court again. I would recommend her to anyone.

Elena Weitz represented me in my custody and child support case and was very good. I would recommend her I was very happy with the results and thought she was a good attorney.

I retained Elena for a divorce with custody and alimony issues. It was a very difficult divorce and my ex and I did not see eye to eye on anything. Elena was very knowledgeable about the law and never backed down on issues that were important to me. She responded to my emails almost immediately and was available to speak to me on the phone when I needed, even giving me her cell phone number.

Beware! This Law firm will join with DCP&P to extend and draw out litigation for the purpose of making money!! They never produced requested critical legal evidence, i.e., medical records, that not only proved our innocence of abuse allegations but illegally allowed DCP&P to drug our a minor child with prozac when we still had legal custody of our children. After going pro se were we able to stop the insanity. Don't trust, don't hire. They will make the situation worse as long as they can make money!

Worst place I ever been, they over charge you and don’t take your case seriously. I think when u look for a lawyer specially a family lawyer you spect they bear service and that what I was expecting of this mediocre firm. I though I will get the best service by looking at the videos they post and the morals and knowledge they seem to have when you go in their website. However they provide the worst service, they don’t care about anything but collecting money. Don’t waste your time going here if you looking for a lawyer that will do everything in their power to win your case , this people don’t care about nothing but money and they won’t even remember your name.

After my meeting with them I felt more comfortable that they understood my case and what I expressed to them. This is the first time since the damage that my ex created with myself and my kid's... that someone believes what I am saying.
