I was referred to Allison Williams by a personal friend who had to professionally litigate against her and said "she's the BEST when it comes to family law matters". And in our case, it proved to be true. Allison Williams is a compassionate, talented and gifted lawyer. She helped my family through a difficult time and with her by our side, she guided us through every step of the way and I know we achieved the best results in our situation. I admire her subject matter expertise, knowledge, wisdom, beautiful confidence, negotiation skills and court room presentation. Her office staff is also smart, friendly and strong like her. Her associate, Ms. Clifton is also a very smart, knowledgeable lawyer that gave me her undivided attention and time. She is relatable, very friendly and operates at my comfort level with no pressure to rush thing forward until I'm ready. I don't know what you may be experiencing but you are in great care with the Williams Law Team.

Horrible service. There own web sits says one of the Division's tactics is to delay to give them more time to build their case. So that is exactly what they do and my case gets move from Sept 27 to Oct 25. So I hire A Williams Law Group and get assigned Melissa Barrella as my attorney. Five days before my new court date she asks for an adjournment with not even a heads up for me and the case gets moved to Nov 27. So what does the Division do, they open a new case and want psychiatric evaluations for both parents and both children and the court date is Nov 16 for that part of the case. That is why you should move these cases as fast as possible and that is why I fired you Melissa! I was told that the attorney I was assigned did not have any other engagements on the Oct 25 court date.

Do not use this firm !! I wish they had a negative rating! This law firm is nothing but a fraud. It took them over 6 months and 6000 dollars to write a motion. Apparently they do not know law, my lawyer first said we needed to file a motion to return custody of my children when they where unprepared, and had little information. She focus on one statement which made the judge not pay attention to her and told her to move on that the he read the motion and had papers from differs on his desk. I made multiple complaints about the delayed of their work, they charge for letting you know of a court date like if you don’t get the papers on the mail. I explained my story and situation multiple times and all they did is focus on what they though was going to work , they change my lawyer and did not listen to anything I was saying. I’m so unhappy they have cost me nothing but hearth ache and tears. I read Ms. Williams articles so many times over and over again, with the hope that they where going to help me just to be let down. And with a 6000 dollars bill. I hope and beg anyone that took the time to read this, that this law group doesn’t care about nothing but money. A client is just another poor parent they could leach of.

For 23 years I have been dealing with my kids mother concerning child support. She has been a very vindictive woman through the years. If i purchased a new car, she would take me to court. When my wife and I purchased our new home, she took us to court for more child support. Even when the courts advised her I was paying the maximum amount, she still wanted more money. This year our son turned 23 years old and our daughter turn 22 years old, neither are going to college of any sort and they both work. My ex girlfriend attempted to fight the new laws that have taken affect concerning child support. She filed a petition attempting to question the new law, claiming that our son was disabled because he has ADDH. My wife and I then made appointment with Richard Diamond of Diamond & Diamond Law Firm located in Millburn, New Jersey. Upon leaving Mr. Richard Diamond's office that afternoon, we left with a sense of comfort. On the day of the hearing, Mr. Richard Diamond and I walked into the court room in front of the judge. Mr. Diamond did all the talking and within ten to fifthteen minutes the petition was denied by the judge for more child support. Mr. Richard Diamond had so much material concerning my case, evidence, and prior case law cases that it was amazing. I have never met an attorney that knows so much about family law, case law, and has so much family law knowledge. I will be recommending him to co-workers and friends going though any family law issue. Thank You Mr. Richard Diamond for helping us.
