I contacted Mr Charles and he was very helpful and took the time to talk to my sister on 3 way about helping her on the siltation with her current tenant not paying the rent. He immediately pulled the tenant's background up while on the phone and looked up the prior bankruptcy the tenant had filled. This to me was very amazing and not once he asked payment. I strongly suggest Mr Charles to everyone and my sister will seek his services to get through her situation with a happy ending fingers crossed.

I normally don't leave reviews but I think it would be a disservice if I didn't. Charles D Whelan (Chuck) called me within ten minutes after I emailed an inquiry about purchasing a home and took the time to provide a generous amount of advice towards purchasing a home among life lessons, which I needed. It speaks volumes about him and though I have not met him face to face, I can tell how direct, no bull and honest he is. If you are browsing for lawyers, give him top consideration.

Daryl is by far the best lawyer to work with and that is an understatement! He was extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and always available to ease my worries. I was able to trust him right off the bat and that is not something I can say for other lawyers I have dealt with in the past. Attorney Whelan was very responsive to our inquiry and personally scheduled us for our 1st consultation. He listened to our situation and walked us through questions that gave him the information he needed to best advise us. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly genuine. He could have allowed us to take additional services to charge us, instead he urged us to follow a process that he felt was better for our situation and not his own. That is just pure class.
