I hired Kipnis Law Offices for a DUI charge, drug charges, and avoiding arrest. My family helped me find the best lawyer. I didn’t serve any jail time and Mr. Kipnis was able to get my DUI charge thrown out after getting discovery on my case. I had prescriptions for the drug charge so that got dismissed too. Daryl Kipnis was an incredible lawyer and never sent anyone in place of himself. He was always there to help. I was in prison before I retained Kipnis Law Offices and Daryl had me out in 24 hours after retaining his office. I know I am lucky but I cannot stop thanking Mr. Kipnis. Having a lawyer that’s connected and knows how to navigate the system saved my life and my career. Thank you again Kipnis Law Offices. Oh and I loved having the owner’s cell phone because he responded to my texts even when I wrote him at 3am!

Mr. Whelan was our realty lawyer and has all the qualities you want in a lawyer. He's compassionate, genuinely wants to help, listens, he's assertive yet not aggressive, and knowledgable in his field...and he's funny to boot. He's not after your money, he will not nickel and dime you, he's straight forward and to the point. Tells you what you need to know and advices you accordingly.
