Jayne was wonderful in helping me with my custody case, unfortunately the result was out of her control but I am very happy with the work that she did. I have been going through a custody battle for about 6 years.I can't tell you how many times I've been in court. I haven't always been fortunate enough to have Mr Peach bye my side. I am 48 years old single father who just won costudy in January 2017. You would think it was over but it feels like I'm just getting started because dyfs keeps getting involved. Anytime I wasnt fortunate enough to have Mr Peach bye my side I witnessed unbelievable injustice bye all judges , dyfs workers lieing under oath. I can write about all injustices all night, day but I'm not don't have enough energy anymore. For I'm still being attacked by dyfs even though I've already had ABOUT 6 to 7 cases this year alone from enonomess calls to dyfs. I have never lost a hearing when I Was being represented by Mr.Peach. After being represented by I don't know how many people who call themselves lawyers, ever time I walked out of the court room not knowing what just had happened except having feeling of being nothing, worthless, violated, especially because for seven years I was going to court in Somerset family court , now they switched courts from Somerset to Middlesex court were they know nothing about my case. As of last week I cannot be with my child without supervising, I still don't know y. Sorry to all for carrying on Mr.Peach is not only the best lawyer I have ever seen, he has a heart, he knows the law. I believe that if I don't hire Mr Peach I will lose my son.
