I was referred to Lyons and Associates by a friend. There are no words to adequately express my gratitude for the services I received during the course of my, unusually complicated divorce. Choosing a good divorce attorney is one of the most important decisions you can make. I was fortunate to be assigned to Mark Gabriel. He was professional, knowledgeable and passionate about his work and my case- from start to finish. He was kind, but firm and tough when need be. His attention to detail was impressive. I was in awe of his performance in virtual court with judgement being in my favor. Mark made the horrible situation my ex-husband created tolerable. If I had not found them, I don’t think the outcome would have been nearly as favorable. I would not hesitate to call Lyons and Associates and ask for Mark, you wont be disappointed.

Mark Gabriel is the worst attorney alive! Do not use him for anything! He will take ur money and than ask for more and continue to make u believe he is on ur side!!! Worst attorney EVER!! Stay away

I never used a lawyer but I will tell you this, this has gotten to be by far the best thing that happened to me. James and his team worked with my financial situation and helped me with my domestic allegations. Not only having my TRO/FRO dismissed but also having the case completely Thrown out. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I can’t stress this enough. If I could give zero stars I would. 3 1/2 years and counting for an expungement. Started with Allie, I’m assuming is a para legal, receiving my paper work over 3 1/2 years ago. She sat on it for two months before starting anything with it. I know this because when I called to see how my expungement was progressing, I was told by her that she had not stated it yet. Now mind you, I was told the whole process would only take roughly 8 months. That right there should have been a red flag. Fast forward 3 1/2 years and the story remains the same. Excuse after excuse. No phone return phone calls. When I do get some sort of answer, I ask for dated documentation to prove they actually did what they said, I get none. Call back two weeks later and get a back peddled response saying they had not done what they previously told me they did. Often times I would get James Abate telling me he had forget or simply not followed through with anything because he was tied up in court. This law firm will gladly take your money, and do nothing for you. It’s now apparent the bar association needs to contacted and possibly a malpractice suit filed. Please once again, I can’t stress enough to not use this firm.
