I have worked for attorneys since 1991 and have seen the best and worst. The Law Offices of James A. Abate is certainly one of the best!! They were quick to respond and began work immediately on our matter. They made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. They kept us up to date every step of the way. They were able to resolve our matter swiftly and with a very good outcome!!! Their staff were always very responsive and extremely easy to work with, especially Dee!! If you need help, I highly recommend them!!

During a very difficult time "Lyons & Associates" made a Difference in my Life. I was going through a divorce and felt very afraid & alone. My Godsister Charisse laid beside me and said, "I know the Perfect, Most Compassionate, Very Personable and Professional Attorney's Firm" that can Represent you. I was ready to just give up, because I had absolutely no fight in me. It only took One meeting w/TERRY LYONS : ) And I could tell almost Instantaneously, I was going to be in the BEST of Hands. When I found myself at rough patch of my life they provided me with reassuring words of a positive outcome and optimistic words. They work in a timely fashion and adapted to the turmoils we're going through with a pandemic. Their unique personalities form a team that observes their clients' situation and helps them navigate through the complexities of the legal system, in their field. I first met Megan and John at the office in Somerville, before the pandemic. We introduced ourselves and I explained my situation, while they clearly told me how they could represent my case. It was easy to speak to John and he was easy to understand, representing the firms capabilities and mission. Business casual and straight forward are the words I would use to describe their firm.

Outstanding! I'm writing this review only because Its a game changer. I've been in and out of trouble all my life. From Minor innocents to major headaches. That being said, I have dealt with lawyers all my life. I never saw an attorney fight as hard as James......period. I felt like I was being represented by my father,. He made me having prior restraining orders a good thing! Who does that? I even felt good about myself! During this pandemic I had many issues taken care of. Here it goes. Bridgewater, NJ driving suspended, expired registration= $200 fine Sayerville, NJ DWI State Police= Dismissed Mercer County Grand Theft Auto= Dismissed/ Disappear Union County- Assault- Released from jail after being retained for 6 days. In addition had charges dropped to Municipality= Dismissed Expungements in process. Talk about starting off with a clean slate! Thats my life now Thanks to the Law Offices of James A. Abate
