I contacted David Bolson, among other attorneys, regarding a cell phone ticket I received while visiting NJ from NC. He was the only one who suggested that instead of paying him a fee that I send a letter myself asking for a change of date, and suggesting that he would be surprised if it were not granted. This saved me a large fee quoted by other attorneys, and when I called the East Orange courthouse to make sure of routing for my letter I was, for the first time, given an opportunity to plea by mail, which on three previous calls had not been offered to me.
