I sought Mr.Barnes' assistance with my mom's small estate handling. She had passed in a terribly tragic event that left me mentally exhausted, emotionally drained and physically injured. I needed legal aid to handle all matters and I hired Mr.Barnes that I found online. After the initial delays he managed to get half of the issues settled after which he asked for his full fees. These I paid. Foolishly. I am unable to get a hold of him now, he is not replying to my emails, stopped taking my calls and I am stuck without completed estate matters and a fully paid MIA attorney. I simply can’t understand this choice of actions, or lack of them, I simply can’t understand it. Unless he is just a plain crook - took my money and ran with it. Which is it Mr.Barnes?? I am now trying to find ways to file a complaint against him at his bar. This is not OK!
