I had a phone consultation with Izabella, got charged $150 for 30 minutes, and she also charged me $50 for 6 additional minutes — all that despite the fact that she was 30 minutes late to our appointment 😔

Unfortunately I had schedule an initial meeting 2 weeks in advanced and waited online for an hour before they called me to sign back in to the meeting. They made sure I paid the $150 prior to the meeting but I assume they thought my time was not valuable enough to notify me that they were running late. Asked for my money back and they were ok refunding it. Never again!
