One of their attorney's enthusiastically took our case. Almost a year later we were dropped and handed off to another firm because the new lawyer assigned to us couldn't be bothered. No real explanation or clarification. Most people we interacted with were very nice and professional, however it seems they have hired some new staff who fail understand the basic ideas of respect. Be wary that you will be dropped if you don't fit in their plan, even after signing with them. They are freely allowed to violate their own agreements, but I'm sure they would not be pleased if their clients did the same.
