Donald Mark aided my family for many years involving Medicaid requirements and estate planning for my elderly mother. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when you need to make these hard decisions and always responded in a timely manner. His staff is exceptional and friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Donald Mark has been a trusted and competent attorney both to me and to my late mother for over twenty years. He has handled wills and estate planning for my family and has recommended colleagues to help me handle other legal matters. His staff are likewise highly competent and courteously responsive to scheduling and other related business.

My wife and I went to Don with wills (with some special needs provisions) that were prepared in 2018 by a different law firm. We had a number of questions about possible changes to make to the 2018 wills and Don advised us, backed up with very convincing references to elder case law, as to the changes to make and what to keep. I am convinced we are in a much better position now than we were before Don advised us. He is a good and patient listener and clearly has the clients' best interests in mind. A very affable guy, but most of all, someone who knows his subject matter and instills confidence as to the wisdom of his advice. 5 STARS!
