Donald Marks , has served our families for years , Don helped us with our Will, and we kept putting it off, because we were overwhelmed! just thinking about it made us anxious, So he said to us we can do it in steps! Wow what a difference that made!!! Let me just Say we would have done it years earlier had we known . We were able to talk about what we wanted and come up with answer’s , much easier than expected , We had lost our fears and could think clearly , Because of the way that Don broke it up for us. Don was very easy to understand, very professional, and very kind with his fee’. We are so Grateful that our parents have used his services and have passed him down to us. I first met Mr. Mark when he gave a talk about estate planning but I wasn't ready to use his services at that time. Many years later my new husband and I decided we needed wills. Remembering Mr. Mark we called his office. The office staff were kind, professional, and courteous. Because of c-19 we decided to have a telephone conference to discuss what our needs were. As it turned out my husband and I needed a will each and I needed trusts for my sons. Mr. Mark provided each quickly. We required some changes and those were provided. When all the paperwork was completed we met Mr. Mark at his office and signed the documents in the comfort of our car. My husband and I have dealt with Donald Mark years ago when my in-laws passed away. Suddenly last year my husband passed away. I was at a lost.. didn’t know anything about anything.
