Getting into a car accident is never a good experience, but finding someone to guide you in the right direction is a blessing. Paul Garfield and this entire office were the most compassionate and responsive people I have ever met. My mind was at ease knowing that I had a group of reliable and knowledgeable people working for my benefit. I was able to focus on my recovery while they focused on getting my compensation. My case was one that involved many painful soft tissue injuries to a slammed toe, a severely injured knee, and wrist-shoulder-back-neck injuries. My body had collided with a concrete slab that should not have been where it was, as part of a faulty sidewalk that had not been corrected in 5 negligent years. The owner "felt terrible" and said, "his wife had been telling him for 5 years to fix the sidewalk before someone got hurt!" The procrastination in not fixing such a danger was truly outrageous. Mr. Paul Garfield and Ms. Sandra J. worked diligently to get me the largest possible settlement, commensurate with the time I lost getting long term medical help and treatment for my injuries, and honoring the pain and suffering that I had to endure over nearly two years' time, because of the negligence of these business owners. Throughout the ordeal of dealing with the case while being in terrible pain, and (for the first few months) being mostly unable to walk or lift my arms, this team was unfailingly caring, supportive, and respectful. I am extremely pleased with their work, and with their settlement. The only thing I could have wished for (in addition to the settlement), would have been to have been able to whack the negligent property owners hard with a hunk of concrete so they could see what their negligence put me through. In lieu of that, I remain very grateful for the monetary compensation. God bless this law firm for helping those who are injured through no fault of their own.

My wife was involved in a car accident in Garfield, NJ few years ago. She was a passenger in a car making a left turn when another car hit them from behind.
