I acquired DS&S directly following injuries I suffered from a catastrophic commuter bus accident. I did not know what to do and was concerned that I would not be able to pursue a case against the bus company since it happened during a trip. While the accident took place in NJ, the bus company was based out of state. I was referred to DS&S through a former attorney who was not licensed in the state of NJ. My case was assigned to Patricia Boguslawski. From the start, I could tell she knew her way around these cases. She was very knowledgeable, upfront and to the point, responsive (despite her extremely busy schedule) and professional. I have truly appreciated working with her.
