I was rear ended as a backseat passenger and promptly called for a consultation. Throughout all of my medical procedures and case changes, Mr. Benvenisti and his paralegal (Cassandra Rodgers) made sure I was constantly being updated and informed. I never felt out of the loop as I gained complete confidence in his abilities to represent me. The firm was patient with me and understanding. I was always welcomed with a kind voice whenever I called. I am very happy to have hired him. I feel lucky for him taking my case. An awesome team from start to finish. The staff at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon are true and consummate professionals. I worked mainly with Adam Lederman and Dawn Duncan but also worked with Kate Caraballo. The staff is very knowledgeable about each stage of the minefield that is litigation. Worst law firm ever! Lawyers never talk to you and the secretary with the black hair is mean. Awful experience! They are shady!!!!
