Even though he was not retained, due to our own choices, I would still recommend to anyone who is seeking legal counsel to at least call for a consultation. He was very helpful, explained everything thoroughly, and offered to assist with future questions. I gave 4 stars only because he wasn't actually retained, so I wouldn't be able to comment on the work he would be able to do but I'm sure he would do a great job none the less!

I spoke to several different attorneys before deciding to go with Mr. Baffuto. No one reassured me as much as Mr. B. The conversation just flows naturally. He gives you a sense of security that I did not find in any other attorney. Trust is essential and hard to find. Mr. Baffuto listens to your concerns and remains 100% honest with you. He works with you depending on your situation. He fought my case during one of the most difficult times for him and I appreciate him incredibly!!!
