Buying a house was super stressful in so many aspects, but I did not stress about my attorney. Garrick was cool and calm even when I was very stressed out. He answered all of my questions (and I had A LOT) efficiently, clearly, and thoroughly. He responded within a few hours or less depending on the urgency of the situation, so I was never left hanging (which again, when you're closing, can be very stressful). Overall his actions followed his word and he was clear with his advice. It was reassuring to have him on my team when it came down to closing. Thank you (and your paralegal Amy!!) for being there for me for one of the biggest transactions of my life!
