No lawyers at Stolfe Zeigler are certified in the State of NJ as "Matrimonial Lawyers" No attorneys with the firm have this designation (Per Sonya) This firm is a rip-off and Sonya Zeigler lies (under oath) to protect herself and justify her exorbitant fees. The designation is recognition from the state: - been a member in good standing of the New Jersey bar for over five years - fulfilled ongoing continuing legal education requirements - demonstrated a substantial level of experience in matrimonial law - been favorably evaluated by other attorneys and judges familiar with his or her work - taken and passed a written examination in matrimonial law

Sonya Zeigler is exactly what you want in a lawyer. She does not play games. She gets the job done and she really cares about her clients. I was being kept from my child who unfortunately is very sick. My experience with Mrs. Zeigler is custody along with divorce. I was shopping around what lawyer to hire for my case on July 5th 2017, and I came across Mrs. Zeigler. I called the firm’s number and unfortunately she was on vacation so I had to leave her a voicemail. To my surprise within a half hour or so she called me back and asked for the full story. I explained it to her and immediately she started taking ownership of me as a client. She advised me she wouldn’t be back till Monday, but from the sounds of it my case couldn’t wait till then. She spoke highly of a few other firms as all professionals do but did state to me if I wanted to I could meet with her partner Mrs. Stolfe. Within an hour the meeting was set up and the work began to commence the following day. The firm that Mrs. Zeigler is a partner of a prime example of what all lawyers should be. Reasonable, fair, respectful, honorable, compassionate considerate etc. I have been two court hearings with Mrs. Zeigler and both times I just sit there and do as she tells me too. She doesn’t forget any detail she always responds to every message and if you’re- looking for a high class lawyer Mrs. Zeigler, her Partner Mrs. Stolfe and Mrs. Cohen are the lawyers you should be hiring for your case. They will make sure that everything is done fast, efficiently and effectively. They are what all lawyers should be about. I would highly recommend Mrs. Zeigler as knowing her and her firm helps reassure my faith in the judicial system that it isn’t corrupt at least not all of it.

I worked with Sonya on an extremely litigious divorce with an spouse who was the most uncooperative litigant. Sonya was compassionate but realistic on what we could accomplish. Sonya took the most important issues, kept me focused on those and helped me leave the little stuff and my ex husband behind. Sonya continually fought for my rights and the rights of my children with a spouse who used them as weapons against me. She showed true compassion for my family and brought to light their father's lack of involvement. Sonya is a dedicated lawyer.
