A horrible experience. The worst experience of my life. Beware!

Very professional. Excellent attorney

Mr. Tarver represented in Somers Point Municipal Court back in 2018 involving my massage license. I had all the proof that the health Professor from Stockton was lying she couldn't answer questions on her own on the stand and had to be guided by the prosecutor and mr. Tarver . At one point in time the lady said I don't know it was so long ago and judge freed put his hand over the microphone leaned over to the court clerk and told her not to put that down and put down sure. Mr. Tarver colluded with a prosecutor and didn't call the owner who was listed as a witness where's the manager Samantha Penna who come in all the sudden recall. Mr. Tarver also refuse to call the health professor and her boyfriend out for using their cell phones during the massage which they had every right to do. If the boyfriend did it sit down in the courtroom and introduced himself I would have never known who was tell him the professor what to say during the massages. I would have won my case if it's Tarver did what I told him to do and play the police videos which he refused

I was indicted on 4 charges that carried a combined 20+ years behind bars and the first thing Mr. Tarver told me was I’m going to do everything I can to help you out and not to worry. At the first hearing Mr. Tarver showed that he is hands down the most vicious trial attorney you can ever imagine. He was able to get the states most important evidence suppressed leaving the state with not much to stand on. However due to the nature of the offense I wasn’t anywhere near out of the woods yet. We must have went to court 7-10 times and each time Mr. Tarver fought and fought always telling me not to worry that he was doing everything possible. The case went on for 3 years finally coming to a conclusion last week and what happen when it was all said and done was nothing short of amazing. Mr. Tarver negotiated a plea deal that I accepted but was still facing 5 years in state prison but he always maintained the same stance “Everything will be ok, I won’t let anything happen to you!” The day of sentencing I called him up and said to him I need you today and his response was “I live for these type of situations!” I was sentenced to 3 years probation. I’m not proud of what happened and I sure am sorry for the whole situation but I wouldn’t have gotten through it without the help of Tarver Law. He’s professional, hard working, compassionate and will do everything he can to help you. I truly was amazed at the job he did and am forever in debt to him.
