Throughout all of the rescheduled and postponed court dates, david kept me updated on where we were with our case at all times. He advocated for me and made sure the judge and prosecutor understood my position. This was my first court case and although it was scary, david made sure to explain everything and keep me involved. He ended up helping me not only beat my case but get all my charges dropped- something from the beginning we both agreed would be a hard feat. My husband and I hired Mr. DiMaria in January of 2022 after getting the run around from a different attorney when it came to my husbands immigration court proceedings as well as our i485. Mr. DiMaria managed to terminate my husbands deportation proceedings and scheduled our interview for i485 which was approved all within SIX MONTHS!
