I am a 60 year old woman who worries as a hobby. Bankruptcy was a word I never thought I would have to use, never mind go through. Mr. Goldstein was kind, patient and very understanding. He and his staff helped me through the entire process, no matter how many times I called, emailed or faxed I always got an immediate response. Mr. Goldstein even took the time to meet with my daughters to answer their questions and concerns. He took the time to treat me like a person, not just a case number. I could have never survived the process without him. My case was more involved than most and his honesty and knowledge of the law helped to guide me to have a fair and equitable outcome. He was recommended to me by a friend, and I have recommended him to another friend. In these trying economic times it's good to know there is someone like Jerry Goldstein to help so many people in need.

Mr. Goldstein handled my case professionally and promptly and went way out his way to work through some unforseen difficulties. At one point, a creditor took criminal action against me (even though was clearly a civil matter) and Mr. Goldstein took the time out of his schedule to intercede and even appear with me at hearing. he was able to resolve this and continue with my actual case.
