*First I'd like to state that I have worked in Social Media Marketing and would urge other to look very carefully at the positive reviews. Not saying they are fake at all but do your research* I'll keep this short as I am in the middle of dealing with this issue. Michael and Erica have been very uncooperative with me, have not handed my case file over after Months of asking, made my case worse in my opinion, they constantly say I said this or that and 90% of the time it's totally false. I respond back asking them to show me where I've said such things and no response. He was retained in June 2020, it's almost November 2020 yet I haven't even received a break down of what work was done with the retainer. Then I get blamed saying I didn't follow his advice. I hired an Attorney to fix an issue not to be a life coach and tell me what to do. Also, what was supposed to be done needed to be done by an Attorney as I can't do certain things. I will add more to this once this is over as I'm still in the middle of this mess. I would urge other to look at other Attorneys and other review sites. This is all my opinion though, so proceed if you wish.

Terrible communication. I would not reccomend this Office to anyone. I have tried to get my file and an invoice that would show what Michael and his Staff did with the retainer. Was told over and over again I was going to get my file. I then get a letter in the mail saying I didn't want his representation (never ever mentioned that and also I don't feel like it was representation as I'm in a worse situation then I was before in my opinion) and basically saying he will hand over my file once I sign a substitution of Attorney (aka not have him represent me). I am allowed access to my file as he was paid in full. Months keeps going by and nothing. I'll be adding more to my review once everything is settled because with reviews you must be careful as some people (not saying Michael) get upset at negative reviews and try to sue. I'll edit this review soon though.

My husband and I have been working with Mr. Damico and his staff for about 3 years now. My husband has not seen his daughter in about 5 years due to the other party being difficult. Not only was Mike able to get him visitation, but overnights on the weekends as well right away! And now my husband has had residential custody for almost 2 years!!!! Mike is very knowledgeable in this field and is very professional. This firm keeps you in the loop and always returns/answers phone calls and emails. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! THANK YOU MIKE!!!!

I went in for a FREE consultation and came out with VALUABLE knowledge about my case. Michael even told me at the end of the consultation "you don't need me right now!", this should be enough to show you that he isn't there to take your money. This guy knows what he is doing and knows his field to perfection. I might not need him in my case now, but if I ever have to go to court to fight for my parenting rights. I would confident showing up to court with Michael by my side.

I highly recommend this law firm. I went through a particularly rough divorce last April, but Michael really made the entire experience a lot easier on me. Staff was pleasant and kept me in the loop during every step of the process.

This firm is absolutely terrible, their communication is poor. I have been trying to speak to Michael for weeks now about unresolved issues with my divorce that he caused with a mistake by him. He promised it would be handled the same or next day. But here I am over 6 weeks later and have yet to be able to get a hold of him, despite numerous promises by his staff via phone and email that he would call me. His office promised to keep me in the loop on all communication with opposing counsel, but failed to do so. In my opinion, he is a very unethical attorney who over promises, under delivers, has terrible communication and charges a pretty penny to do so.

I found another attorney in the area that seems to be a better fit for what my case requires. Do yourself a favor, if you're debating using this firm, you might not want to waste your time or money if there's pressing issues to deal with.

He is very professional and courteous with my divorce case and still continues to help if needed with any issues with the case.

mr damico was a great lawyer. i dont have words to describe what a wonderful person he is. he won my case and was very professional and kind. i have never met any lawyer like him. i recomend him to anyone he is the best.
