I recommend hiring Mr. Levow if you are facing a DWI charge. I couldn't be more pleased. I made the mistake of hiring a local lawyer who recommended I plead guilty. Having a CDL this was no option. I consulted Mr. Levow having read his reviews and decided to make the change to protect my livelihood. Immediately Evan began aggressively defending my matter with his impeccable understanding of discovery. The matter ultimately delayed more than two years because of the pandemic. In the end it was only a guilty plea to a no point ticket. My CDL was saved as was my job of 20 years. 100% recommend hiring Mr. Levow first.

Nightmare attorney, please avoid! I would not recommend Taraun Tice McKnight for any legal services, you may as well represent yourself. I found myself exhausted during this entire experience with Taraun as I was making corrections and doing the legwork, exactly the opposite of how you should feel when hiring an attorney. For some reason she only relys on email contact with the other party and does not want to make any phone calls. This is a major issue as phone calls are vital to an open line of communication, especially during a real estate transaction. Due to Taraun not making follow-up calls and solely relying on emails, she may have cost us our home sale. Taraun sent us her attorney review letter, and I'm glad she did before sending it to the buyer's attorney. I found 8 incorrect contract references in Taraun's proposed attorney review letter! Apparently she did a quick copy and paste from a previous client's contract without even reviewing our contract! After I submitted my corrections to her, Taraun told us "I assumed that your realtor had you sign the most recently approved contract. I will correct my references." Well, Taraun would have known that if she took the time to review it first, which is why I hired an attorney! This was another incorrect assumption by Taraun as we didn't have a realtor, the agreement was from the buyer's agent. To help Taraun expedite the process with the buyer's agent and attorney I provided Taraun with an alternate buyer's agent email I found along with two buyer's agent phone numbers and the buyer's attorney contact information. Well, four days later contact was finally made. The buyer's attorney then emailed Taraun that he disapproves of the contract and is terminating the transaction. Taraun's reply was "Thanks, take care." I will say that Taraun is quick with one thing, billing her clients. We received an invoice on July 12th with a due date of July 16th! I've never received an invoice from any business that required payment in four days, usually the terms are net 30 days. I will pay her by check today and hope that others learn from my terrible experience with Taraun and seek legal advice elsewhere.

It was great working with Taraun. I appreciated her thoroughness and the fact that she's responsive and she kept me in the loop on everything! I will surely use her again, if ever needed.
