During my conversation with Mr. Samuel, I was facing a time constraint in delivering a letter to the pensions department. Sam was at one time one of the best over the years he has lost a lot no sure if it him or the his employees but I had to get some else to take my last case could never get him to call me back it may be he over worked.

I think Gaylord himself is a crook, he has had my mom case for over 12 years! She has had multiple surgeries can barely walk, and HE has been dragging this case on for a year. Ever month now he keeps saying it time to sign/settle and then he calls a week later and pushes the date back again. He has been doing this for a year! With no reason as to why. Thinking elderly people don't have family on they side. My mom said you can talk to me but funny I have not gotten a call from him yet. I think he is praying on the elders waiting for them to be unalive so he benefits. Not here and not today. #NJBARASSOCIATIONCOMPLAINTS

Samuel Michael Gaylor, Esq. is an excellent lawyer who kept me up-to-date with any proceedings, and when there was lack thereof from court’s slow processing, he ensured that I was filled in to not allow large lapses of time to pass without considerately passing information to the comfort of the client. He is highly organized. His paperwork was made easy to sign and process for a client that isn’t familiar with legal terminology. He had clear and precise steps that made it easy to follow as his client when completing our side (client’s) of the case. The bonus to it all, is that he wins, too, on top of being a great individual personably. I would recommend his counsel to anyone.

Sam worked tirelessly on my five year effort to obtain disability. I obviously could not have done it without him! He was always available to answer any question but honestly there were not a lot because he handled almost everything! He was always very polite and patient. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Honestly the best!

His office scheduled telephone conference with me. I called to verify. I was told to wait for his call which I did for over an hour to no avail. I called his office to let them know that I didn’t receive a call from Mr. Gaylord as scheduled. Asked to reschedule and receptionist promised call back, which I did not receive. Left multiple messages but never received call back. The lack of follow-through on the part of him and/or his staff wasted critical time for my SSDisability appeal process.
