Mr. Passarella saved our lives and our fortune! In our initial conversation over the phone, about a potential real estate transaction, Mr. Passarella advised me to due my own due diligence, by calling the local construction dept. to find out about possible building permit violations. That was $300K worth of advice, as this property had been racking up $500 fines, on a weekly basis, since 2006, that we, as the new owners, would have been responsible for!
