My experience with this firm is no other but extraordinary! The level of professionalism exceeds all expectations. My first experience with them was as a first-time buyer. Rebecca and Andrew were patient, kind, and very professional while guiding me through the whole process with accurate communication, effective timelines, and no hidden costs. Andrew was referred to me by a friend, and I'm thankful that he was. After many years of being stuck with an incorrect & unfair custody agreement, Andrew immediately took action. He put into legal form what was already being practiced in day-to-day life. I felt confident every step of the way that the changes being made were all in the best interest of my child's wellbeing, as well as taking into consideration the realities of being a parent with joint custody. I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring a lawyer KAMILA MAREK from ANDREW WOLFSENSON Firm to defend my custody case, and I was referred by another lawyer with promising hope for legal counsel. This case was not taken seriously by my current representative from Wolfsenson. She was only 9 months to a year in as a lawyer. I must say that I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the services provided. Throughout the entire process, my lawyer consistently demonstrated a lack of competence and professionalism that left me questioning their abilities. To make this short, my daughter is 19 years old with ppd and with anxiety who filed for custody. We gave her support by reaching out to a lawyer. Although we were paying the lawyer, Kamila she stated we needed permission to be apart of the decisions which she verbally and in email stated to keep us informed which she didn’t. With regard to our concerns with Ms. Marek on multiple occasions, Ms.Marek has expressed very little sympathy for our own circumstance, while appearing to show her agreement with the opposing side. As a result, I do not believe Ms. Marek is providing the support to this case that is required, and I do not feel my interests are adequately represented. As a further example of her conduct, during mediation, Ms. Marek would agree to stipulations without our consent, and for the benefit of the opposing side which is incredibly distressful. This case should not be in its current state. It is inappropriate for the circumstances, and it is expressly not what we asked for (We have asked Kamila to bring it to trial.) Which she stated will be an extra charge of 3,000 at the time of the mediator. After everything was done we (parents with the 19 year old ) went to go speak to Kamila and she closed the door and refused to speak to us. Considering the exorbitant fees I paid for their services, the level of representation provided was shockingly inadequate. I had expected a competent and dedicated attorney who would fight tirelessly for my parental rights, but instead, I was left with a sense of regret and frustration. In conclusion, my experience with this lawyer defending my custody case was nothing short of disastrous. I would strongly advise anyone seeking legal representation in a custody case to look elsewhere, as this lawyer failed to meet even the most basic expectations of professionalism and competency.

Any Wolfenson is an excellent lawyer; he is well-versed in all aspects of law, he is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and a very good listener. Also very easy to get in touch with which is always important in legal matters. Stevn Giammarino

The worst experience I have ever had with my taxes. When I did my taxes he was unwelcoming and rude. But I overlooked that because I’m there for business. I filed my taxes on March 11, 2023. I contacted the office 5 weeks after I filed my taxes because I had not received my state taxes and the website claims that they had no information of submission. The receptionist stated that it can take up to 8 weeks for the state to put it in the system. I reached out to the office again a week later and a different receptionist left a message for him and stated he would call me back. Instead of him calling me back she called me back and told me that everything is ok and I should check the system the next day and if it’s still saying that the information had not been received to call her back. I checked the system and nothing was there. But because the first receptionist I spoke to stated that it can take 8 weeks for them to input information I decided to wait. Now it’s going on week 7 and on 4/26 I contacted the office again where the first receptionist I spoke to states the same thing about 8 weeks. She also stated that your taxes was submitted and the state was really slow. She suggested I call the state early the next day because some of their clients have been having issues with their state taxes. On 4/27 I contacted the state and I was told that my state taxes wasn’t submitted until 4/15 and they stamped it on 4/19. I was also told that I need to contact the person who processed my taxes. I call the office and Mr. Chernoff answers. I state my name and when I did my taxes. Mid sentence I’m cut off and was rudely asked if I have a question. I then state yes and I explained what I was told by the state. He states that’s when they put it in the system and he has no control of when the state processes taxes. In the end he lied. He overlooked submitting my taxes and instead of the receptionist looking through my file when I first contacted them or even him stating he submitted it late and he apologizes I get a rude nasty answer. I will never get my taxes done there and I will never refer anyone that I know to go to him.
