Excellent Attorney, Andrew helped me when someone tried suing me for money. The person had abandoned the job but wanted money that was to be given once job is finished. Andrew walked with me through all the steps and we ended up winning the case in court. The person suing me didn’t even show. Andrew office sent paper to the person which in return got no reply. I figured the person got scared because Andrew knew what he was doing. We left the court room with the win and had one less thing to worry about thanks to Andrew. I would definitely recommend him if you are in need of a great experienced lawyer.

I found Andrew "Andy" Wolfenson in 2017 after much research and based on online reviews. We met and I knew immediately that he was the lawyer for me. He just handled a closing for me. I sent Andy a copy of the contract. I didn't know he was on vacation but he responded immediately with contract revisions! He was on point and all over it! His staff was on top of it as well. Andy and his staff were personable, extremely knowledgeable, responsive and answered every question I had during the process. He made sure we met our closing date. I will be using them again and would HIGHLY recommend.

I hire Mr. Wolfenson to represent me in a civil case that involved consumer fraud, specifically unconscionable business practice. My wedding gown was never ordered by the bridal salon (Sisters Bridal Boutique of Garfield, NJ), in which I had given a $950 deposit. I found this out 7 weeks before my November 2016 wedding. The business and their unethical, dishonest attorney had done anything and everything to avoid returning my deposit, including relentless threats and attempts to sue me for breach of contract and defamation, totaling more than $25,000. Essentially, they tried for over a year to bully me into "keeping quiet" and prevent me from writing negative public reviews for the business. Even with investigative reports & findings from Consumer Affairs, and my own diligence, I knew I needed a competent attorney to represent me in court, and Andy was that and MORE! Although I had been consulting with another attorney throughout this nightmare, he never officially took on the case, and business law/consumer fraud was not an area of which he was well-versed. Thus, when I retained Andy on the recommendation of a good friend, he had to be brought up to speed, without much time to spare before trial. The trial wound up taking 3 (bizarre) days, over the course of about 6 weeks, and Andy remained patient throughout, even when dealing with the defendent's irrational, dishonest attorney. JUSTICE was finally served on December 19, 2017. I hate to imagine the outcome, had I not hired Mr. Wolfenson. Many attorneys would have preferred to have me settle for my refund outside of court, which would have meant I would never be able to publicly review the business. Not Andy. He stuck with me and is a true class act, and undeniably stellar attorney, both in and out of the courtroom!

Andy represented us as a real estate lawyer during the purchase of our first home and we couldn't be more pleased. It was a bumpy road to closing because the sellers changed lawyers in the middle of the process and made things difficult for us. Andy spent time with my wife and I in his office as well as on the phone and email to make sure that we were protected and understood every step of the closing. He has an exceptional team behind him that are prompt and professional. We will definitely use his services again.

This is my second review of Andy and his firm and I couldn't be happier with the results he once again achieved. What I really like about Andy is his candor, he lays out reality and not fantasy when assessing a case. He even once told me I can file on my own and save the attorney fees and I told him that I wanted him to take care of it, cause it would get done right. I just want to say that Andrew works very hard for his clients. I have been working with Andrew since 2012 on various issues from divorce which led to a motion that i was not following our msa as they felt i should be so we filed a cross which we won in union county. from there it headed to the appellate court for close to 2 years which again because of the hard work of his firm we won and the final outcome was my lifetime alimony which was a bundle ultimately ended up being terminated. I have had the firm handle my bankruptcy during my divorce which went flawless along with a few other petty offences. If your looking for a top notch attorney and a awesome firm look no further.
