Over a year later and no update on my husband’s case had us finally drive up to the office; multiple calls weren’t being returned. She blamed us for our insurance preference instead of the unlicensed driver that hit us from behind. Never apologized for never returning calls or having case updates, then provoked me constantly during the conversation. We decided not to work with her over the many insults, miscommunications and unprofessional behavior, and requested it in writing (felt it was needed over lack of integrity we experienced). My husband picks the letter up to find she stated that she declined to take our case when we declined to further work with her—could not even be honest about that, as simple as it was. The letter should have stated that at our request we were no longer working with her. I’ve not been insulted to that degree many times in my lifetime by someone who was supposed to be helping us. Horrible, hurtful, sad experience. - Their response below is untrue and lacks integrity even more.

Stacey was Recommended to me when I have a slip and fall and a large retail store. Stacey and her staff are both professional, courteous And knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the settlement she was able to get for me. I would go nowhere else.

Stacey did an excellent job. This was my 1st lawsuit that I was ever a part of. I was very nervous initially discussing my case with her. However, she made me feel very comfortable. Throughout the 3 year process, Stacey continued to keep me updated as per the direction of the case. When it was time for the deposition I couldn't have been more prepared! Any question the opposing lawyer ask, I was more than ready to answer. When it was time to resolve the case, Stacey fought very hard for me. The insurance company was trying to low-ball me, however, Stacey, was relentless and fought tooth and nail to get me what I deserved. I highly recommend Stacey and her firm.

Only giving a 1 star because I can’t give 0. Honestly the worse lawyer I ever hired. She has no experience in Worker’s Compensation, she took forever to find me a doctor for treatment and at the end it was not the right doctor I needed for my injury. I end up taking my case to another lawyer. Another thing I didn’t like about this office is that the attorney Stacey is very rude, nasty and unprofessional to her staff in presence of clients...She’s never in the office when you need her, she will see you for the initial consultation and will assign the case to somebody else. I hired her base on the reviews from Avvo but honestly I don’t trust them any more. I did this same review on Avvo and it was never posted... very suspicious that only good reviews are posted!!! Is money involved? Very weird.... BE AWARE PEOPLE!!!!!!
