Let me start by saying I’ve never needed an attorney before but I got some heavy traffic violations and was honestly terrified. But Mark gave me a remarkable first experience. After our first conversation I felt an immediate sense of relief .He was very honest with me and got back to me in a timely manner. I had two traffic tickets got one dismissed and the other reduced to a small fee. He does everything he says he is going to do and more. Mark is professional and hard working. His staff were very nice as well. If your looking for an attorney do not hesitate to call him.

Mr. Cheser is a very experienced lawyer and you could definitely count on him. I was facing serious felony charges with my H-1B visa status pending renewal, this could get me deported and completely ruin my life. Magically, Mr. Cheser solved everything and made the charges dismissed by pretrial. If you are looking for help, just give him a call. Let me tell you, I’ve dealt with a lot of lawyers and Mark Cheser is the best I’ve had. Right off the bat he asked me a bunch of questions regarding my case before even discussing payment. He actually cared & wanted to know all about me & my case. I wasn’t just a number to him. I had a bunch of charges including drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license, driving while under the influence of a controlled substance, & some traffic offenses. I’m telling you, Mark Chesser is the best in the land! I had an issue where a hotel charged me a fee without my authorization and refused to refund the money. I asked Mark to call and speak to them and after Mark spoke to the hotel, they refunded the $150 they charged me without my consent! It really helped my family and I to receive that money back. What makes him stand out from the rest is that what he advises you of that he can do for you, he actually does. This is my second time dealing with Mark....the first time on an Indictable Offense. Mark is amazing! My husband got a DUI charge. It was his first time and a huge mistake. The family was so scared. Mark assured us he would do everything he could. He went above and beyond our expectations... he was also so kind to my daughter whom in court was petrified...he worked his “magic”. And my husband only ended up getting a 90 day suspension instead of the 7-12 month mandatory; which might not sound like a lot but it was huge in persevering his job and our household.
