Had to work with Armando for a closing on a property and it was not a good experience. Documents were not ordered in time causing our mortgage to expire. It almost happened a second time for the same reason almost two months later. Do not use

Where do I begin. The office staff is unprofessional, unpleasant, rude and quite offensive. This only reflects how this office works. The attorney is even worse. Does not follow through on pending cases. Is negligent, rude (more rude than his office personnel, if that's even possible), VERY unprofessional and clearly does not care for his profession or clients for that matter. Will not return calls, emails, office visits, etc...His license should be revoked. Does not believe in full disclosure to his clients and is a downright LIAR! He is a phony, have no idea where he bought his licensce but clearly should not be practicing.
