I can give one star because they did help us obtain our interview for immigration, otherwise, I absolutely do NOT recommend this law office to represent anyone with a complicated case for immigration. Every single time we've been there we've had to re-explain our case to the legal assistant because he did not remember who we (my husband and I) were or our case. Each time we explained our case, we got a different response on how we could move forward. One day we were told my husband could apply for his work permit, and then the next time we went in to complete paperwork, we were told it was not possible to get it done. Moving forward, we've been asking why our case is not advancing and the legal assistant replies with "because of covid so they're not worried about you." or "wait until we get a new president." The office is completely disorganized, as HIPPA is constantly violated with files left all over the office with the names of their client showing. It took them multiple days, and us calling several times, to have them find our chart because they have no filing system. My husband and I are COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED with this immigration law office. We were not even informed that our original lawyer, Judith Goldenberg, had unfortunately passed away. I found out when I went to google to look up their number because I did not have it on me. The lawyer also has never once been in direct contact with my husband and he's been a client of theirs since 2014.
