I am in real estate business, one of my paint contractor has gotten into some problem, and he needs help, since he is a very good person, I decide to help him. First I hired Jeffery Henninger to be the lawyer to represent my painter, I got his name from the lawyer I used for my rental business, he sent a request in the lawyer community ask for a good criminal defense lawyer, Jeff Henninger showed up, I gave him a try, but this turned out to be a big mistake. This guy picked up the business and then leave me in dark, after I send them $2500 retainer fee, no follow up, no update, I have to call and call and call again, always his secretary pick up the phone, and she has no clear answer for the progress, the whole experience just a pure frustration, and I request to talk to Mr. Henninger himself , finally he answered the phone, and he sounded very impatient, he said the only reason his secretary pass this call to him is because she think I am a new client, and he said he don’t know who is the lawyer taking care of this case, I need to call another number to find out. The whole thing just sounds very unprofessional to me, he picked up the business initially, even though he may not be the one who is directly handling the case, he need to guide and connect me to the right person and keep me update, but he didn’t. I need a lawyer can promptly communicate with me, provide knowledge and advice in professional and timely fashion. Then I found Casey, she is the real professional one, I saw all the good reviews here, this is more convincing than those self promoted one. Casey always answer my phone( even during her precious vacation time ), answer my questions and give me updates, I don’t need to call her very often because she is usually the one who call me first, she is an intelligent lady, but most important she uses her heart to run her business, she respects her client and take good care of them. I can tell how professional she is from my previous experience. With all the efforts Casey put in, In the end the case is dismissed by the persecutor. Good job! Casey may charge a little more, but compare to those bad ones who wasted our time and money, we did get what we pay for this time.
