I initially hired Lucy for my divorce, which I knew would be long, draining and difficult and then again last year (a few years after finalizing the divorce) when my ex took me back to court with the intention to lower his alimony. Thanks to Lucy he didn't succeed. Lucy is very experienced and knowledgable, realistic, ethical, straightforward and solution-oriented. Her reliable assistant makes sure she is in touch when you need her to. Lucy is also very strong with numbers and calculations.

Lucy was the most thorough and helpful attorney for my home closing. Not only was she looking out for me every step of the way, she came ready to explain and help me understand what happens during the process. For a first time home buyer, this was so helpful and I could not be more thankful to her and Lisa. There were some issues with the seller's attorney and Lucy was amazing in how she handled the situation not only professionally, but with great firmness to make sure that we were not taken advantage of.

In my work as a family therapist I hear about many divorce disputes that could have been resolved much more effectively and fairly if Lucy Agostini was involved.
