Great lawyer

Our family has never needed a criminal attorney for any reason. I'm here to tell you, that can change in an instant. Without going into details, an investigation can go in the wrong direction very quickly, and really turn lives upside down...then you need a lawyer. I had to use Google to find one. We interviewed with a few. Most seemed like they were treating this the same way they deal with a slip-and-fall case. Lives were at stake here. We went into Michael Testa Sr's office and spoke with him about our case. We immediately got the sense that he was the right person for our situation. While all the other lawyers we spoke with seemed like they were accident attorneys who dabbled in criminal law, Michael was clearly very experienced in the criminal side of things. All this was happening just as covid was locking down everything. That put the DA at a huge advantage. They could let things sit for a year or more, as the backlog of cases just kept piling up. That gave them a lot of power for plea bargains. Michael Testa Sr, and the entire firm, was able to get us the best outcome, without having to take a plea, and without having to wait 2 years to go to trial. In the end, no conviction. We'll be able to expunge the arrest record as well. We believe that police have a very hard job, and 95% of the time, they do it very well. The other 5%, they either do a bad job, or just make mistakes. They can jump to conclusions that totally mess up your life. They might even feel like they did the right thing. These are the times that you need a great lawyer. Look no farther. One last piece of advise...NEVER answer any questions in a criminal investigation, about ANYTHING other than your vital statistics, without a lawyer. Even if it is a routine questioning. If the police are even mentioning miranda...CALL A LAWYER! Ask me how I know. You'd be wise to make the lawyer Michael Testa.
