I went to Tim for estate plan documents. From the first meeting to the completion of my docs he was informative, friendly and patient. I can't speak highly enough about how happy I am with the service I received. The office staff are also very friendly, efficient and good communicators.

Tim Rice and his team have been a true professional resource through what can be a very difficult time. Their knowledge of the complex issues of estate law has been top notch only to be exceeded by their commitment and compassion. A majority of the estate work was done remotely and they were very accommodating and flexible in getting the job done. I would highly recommend for all your estate needs. Don’t know what I would have done without their support!

I worked with Tim Rice and his excellent staff over a number of years as executor for two friends who both died within a few months of each other. This was a difficult situation complicated by the fact that I lived in another state. Tim, Lisa and Chris were always available to answer any questions, were always thorough, patient, timely and compassionate.
I would recommend them without hesitation.

We went to see Timothy Rice about updating our exhisitng estate plan. He could not have been more amazing! Everything was accomplished so quickly! And he took the time to explain in layman's terms exactly what we were signing. Five star service all the way!

Mr. Rice was very helpful when we were told mom had to be admitted to a nursing home. I had no idea of where to start .Mr Rice walked me through everything from start to finish . His staff was A-1 from power of attorney papers right to picking and dealing with the nursing homes. Thanks Tim and Chris and also Lisa for making this sad time easier to deal with .

When my father died, I was referred to Mr. Rice by my parents' financial advisor. We were very fortunate to find him. There was a whirlwind of decisions to be made regarding my father's estate and my mother's future well-being in a very short time, and Mr. Rice did a wonderful job. He was knowledgeable, empathetic, responsive and an innovative problem solver. We'll ask for his services again as needed.
