I met Tim via Little League Baseball 14 years ago. Several years after we met my parents were in need of an Elder Care Attorney and we retained Tim to assist with their needs. Tim was great to work with. He keeps current with all changes in the law and was able to explain to my parents their options and assisted with their planning and legal documentation. Tim is always available for questions and concerns and was there when I needed him upon the passing of my parents. I have also retained Tim for my Estate Planning needs and have referred Tim to other members of my family who have retained him.
