My husband and I were in the process of buying a house for the first time. Lucky, I was referred to Bill by my mortgage company! It was the best thing that could have happened to us. To highlight SOME of his great work was he saved us $2,700.00 for getting us out of apartment lease on time. He pushed all parties to get us closed on a property in 23 business day. In this market, that is honestly unheard of! And finally, he was so easy to communicate with! He was completely on top if his game and nothing fell behind. I would highly recommend this attorney! We have nothing but get things to say about him. He will be honest with you and keep it extremely simple! Do yourself a favor and hire him!
