I would highly recommend Tejas and his support staff to anyone that is buying a home. I am a first time homeowner and Tejas and his staff eased the buying process especially with completing the attorney review. They are very responsive and polite. From beginning to the day of closing Tejas spent his time graciously explaining every paper that I would need to sign and making sure I understood everything completely. I had no issues or delays and closed on time.

Mr. Tejas is a very experienced attorney and very easy to work with. I recently bought an apartment in Hoboken and my lawyer friend recommended him to me. Throughout the short yet intense property transaction process, Mr. Tejas effectively communicated my concerns and requirements to the seller's attorney. It is fair to say that Mr. Tejas saved the deal because he convinced the seller to fix a problem (critical to me) of the apartment right before the closing date.
