The most wonderful people and lawyers I have ever met.

Tom Madden, esq. was my attorney for a post divorce matter surrounding custody and parenting time. Tom and his staff were always professional, reachable and quick to answer any and all questions that I had. The service that they gave me was really incredible. Tom worked tirelessly and tried to explain to me in simple terms what to expect and what I needed to do. I truly appreciate how hard he worked for me and can't overemphasize how much compassion and knowledge and effort Tom gave me. Moving forward, should i ever need an attorney again, Tom Madden will be my first call.

Couldn’t be more disappointed. I wasted tons of time and money being represented by TM and I didn’t even have any assets. I finally let him go and finished the case myself. Here are just a few of the issues i had. It cost me over 5000$ before I ever saw the judge for the first time. I was asked for additional retainer to fight a domestic dispute but it was dropped. My additional retainer was quickly spent and I was never told or asked if it could be used for my divorce. Then I was asked for more retainer at a discounted rate. I was also sent bill after I let him go but was always asked for more money BEFORE my retainer was used previously. Hmmm. I left a review that he didn’t like and he sent me a text insulting my sobriety and also threatened me that he will take me for significant damages. This guy is a smooth talker. Don’t waste your time and money like I did.

Tom Madden has been my attorney for 6 years and I felt compelled to write this in hopes that it may sway your decision when choosing someone to represent you when you might be going through a very difficult time. I had/have a very fragile situation that involves small children. You can imagine the stress when children are involved in any matter that would require an attorney. I met with Tom to discuss my situation and to decide if I would retain him for services. My very first impression is was that he is extremely personable. I was comfortable from the beginning and I never felt rushed in anyway. He is an active listener which is rare these days and very quickly understood the situation through my erratic ramblings. The second thing I noticed was his to not "Go for the jugular" attitude ( like so many attorneys), he contemplated , never lost sight of the children involved and gave me his recommendation for next steps. He has a way of truly speaking to you so you are not overwhelmed when explaining the reality of the situation. I left that office for the first time in a long time hopeful that there would be a positive outcome. I felt supported, and as if I was the only client he had (which was far from the truth). In the following months, Tom seamlessly navigated the case, always mindful regarding not running up a huge bill for me. or put me through any unnecessary stress. He is an example of how attorneys should be in these turbulent times, honest, empathetic, protective and approachable. Then to see him in court presenting on your behalf an undeniable strength and never missing a beat. If you are still on the fence, I can confidently say you will not regret retaining Tom. To this day he continues to work hard for myself and especially my children, and if needed he will absolutely stand up for you with laser focus. Just talk to him once, you will see what I mean immediately.

Thomas was knowledgeable, forthright, and accessible during one of the most challenging times of my life - he helped guide me through the ordeal that is divorce, and was a steady forceful advocate for me as throughout the entire process. Thank you Tom for your counsel.

Mr. Madden is an exceptional attorney and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of family law. He is smart, sharp, tough, and fights tirelessly in support of his clients - all while being understanding, compassionate, and responsive to every call and question.
