We engaged Lambariello Smith & Speed, LLC to help us administer the distributions of a family estate. Process was very time consuming as we had to liquidate multiple real estate properties located in another state, while at the same time dealing with COVID related delays and closings as it concerned banks, real estate agents, title companies, appraisal companies, buyer attorneys, county clerk tax offices, etc... and all the while maintaining regular communications with 21 family members.
